Weight Loss - For many of us, there is a gap between wanting to exercise and finding the motivation to do so. This discrepancy often results in no exercise at all. We all know how important it is to exercise every day. It ranges from simple weight loss, but it also helps improve overall health, fitness, strength, endurance, mobility, agility, and flexibility, to name a few. Regular exercise is the most effective way to be disease-free. The motivation part, however, is the hardest part of the exercise.

Famous fitness coach Kayla Itsines thinks that the hardest part of exercising is deciding to do it. In one of her recent Instagram posts, she explains how to find the motivation to exercise is the most frequently asked question.

“don't just find the motivation to exercise, you have to create it,” she adds.

She adds that health and fitness are in your own hands, and waiting for motivation to attack is not recommended. Discipline is important. Lack of discipline will cause a lack of motivation and prevent you from following a good routine.

Weight Loss: Here are some tips that can motivate you to hit the gym.

1. Think about your goals and write them down. Then you can create a plan showing how you are going to achieve those goals. Itsines has shared several workouts, some of them are workouts without equipment. You can easily include them in your daily routine.

2. If you have a small space for exercise, these non-equipment workouts may be useful. Also, keep a space dedicated to training so you don't have to look for a new space every day. “When I know where I am doing my training I feel a lot more motivated to finish it because it eliminates that extra decision I have to make!” Itsines explains in the caption of his post.

3. Have a workout buddy who can help take charge of your daily exercise routine. You can both motivate and encourage each other to exercise regularly.

4. If you plan to exercise in the morning, make sure that you have your gym equipment, clothes, a mat, a water bottle, etc. be ready the day before.

5. Make sure your workouts are fun. Exercise every day with your favorite music. Exercise in groups if you find it motivating. Having fun during workouts is the most important aspect.
